Our Eye Care Services

Comprehensive Eye Exams

An eye exam involves a careful history, a thorough refraction to calculate the best glasses prescription for you, and an assessment of your eye health to detect conditions such as dry eyes, cataracts, glaucoma, and age-related macular degeneration (AMD).

Pediatric Eye Exams

Your child's first eye exam is recommended at age 6-12 months, and annually thereafter. Many vision abnormalities can be detected through an eye exam, including myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, amblyopia, strabismus, and tracking problems.

Management of Ocular Diseases

We can diagnose many eye diseases. We might offer treatment at our clinic, or refer you to a specialist if needed. Common eye conditions include cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration (AMD), and glaucoma.

Eye Glasses and Contact Lenses

We offer a wide variety of prescription glasses, safety glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. We can direct bill most private insurance plans.

Management of Eye Emergencies

We have emergency appointments available. Common emergencies include red/painful eyes, sudden vision loss, flashes and floaters, eye injuries, and objects in the eye requiring removal, such as metal.

Co-Management of Refractive Surgeries Including LASIK & PRK

If you are looking for an alternative to glasses and/or contact lenses, we can discuss surgical options with you, refer you to a surgical centre, and provide post-operative care.

Dry Eye Treatment

Dry eyes are the result of chronic lack of moisture/lubrication to the eye surface, which can lead to redness, irritation, inflammation, and the inability to wear contact lenses.
